Cases submitted this way will be automatically closed and not actioned.

To report a missed bin collection:

The “Report Missed Bin” option will only appear after 5:00 PM on your scheduled collection day and will remain available until 4:00 PM the following day.
If the option does not appear or there are any issues, a message will appear advising you to contact us directly.

Please note it is not possible to order new or replacement bins via this site. Please call 01733 747474 and place an order.

Missed food bin collection:
Please note we don't return to empty missed food bins due to it being a weekly service.

140l Bin Repairs Notification:
Please note that 140l bins are no longer stocked, if your current 140l bin is damaged (e.g. lid) and it can not be repaired it will automatically be replaced with a standard 240l bin.
