Abandoned car at entrance of Paulsgrove.
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9954002.
Car has been left abandoned for over 6 months. Gavin butler has previously given his blessing for the car to remain here. It has not moved for months. Obstructing the view of the footpath crossing. Obstructing the view of cars entering and exiting Paulsgrove, forcing cars to the wrong side of the road immediately as they turn in. Allegedly the owner lives nearby and has not got room on his driveway to store this car. Why then is he allowed to use the public road to store a car that is not ever used?
