A large Dogwood shrub is blocking about 2/3 of the footpath and this has been like it for quite a while. It has previously been reported by someone else on 14th June 2026; your reference 9617968. It is impossible for two pedestrians to pass each other let alone cyclists, people pushing prams or even worse disabled people on mobility scooters. It is dangerous!
