This signal was set today Monday, 29th June in front of 21 Turnpike Road but not on the path; instead it was placed in the property next to the palm trees, on top of garden floor lights and front of the house pebbles. This is part of the property so querying the legality of assembling such signal as that portion of the pavement is part of the house.

  • Good morning, Thank you for reporting this to us. This location is not adopted by Highway, however I have reached out to the utility company who has this sign out for a closure/diversion and requested that it be moved in line with statutory guidance/working practices. Kind regards Adam
