Council tree at traffic lights over grown

Council tree outside at traffic lights is over grown and has over hanging branches. The tree in the front garden of the house facing the lights is also overhanging onto the same public footpath. You have to duck to get past the trees on the main footpath. Please cut back the council trees and the other over hanging tree.
