Resident Permit Only Sign has been taken down

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9637437.

Resident Permit Only Sign has been taken down on the lamppost which was right outside number 1a Jubilee Street. The issue is, is that a lot of the take away drivers are now parking in the area which is residents only, therefor the resident cant park his car outside his house.
