Vegetation taking over narrow footpath again
Reported via mobile in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 12:26, Saturday 13 June 2026
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9613828.
Both sides of Botolph Bridge, Shrewsbury Avenue to Sugar Way. Although some was recently cut back, it was only cut back to the fence line, which means new growth is growing back into the footpath, with thorny (blackberry?) vegetation. May I also suggest when cleared again that the council scrape all the detritus at the bottom which takes half the footpath.
