Overgrown Tree

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9612747.

Submitted report as I am aware the tree has a protection order on it from moving in recently.

The tree is outside 428 Oundle Road PE2 7DB

Since moving in April 26 the tree seems to have been in this condition for some time.

I would like clarification please if this means it can be trimmed due to overgrowth and dead branches. Which cause concern.
