Inconsiderate parking

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the parking situation during school run hours. Many drivers are parking in areas that are not designated for parking, which is causing significant obstruction. Vehicles are being blocked from accessing available parking spaces and, in some cases, are unable to leave the area due to inconsiderate parking. This issue is creating safety concerns for children .Furthermore, vehicles have sustained damage as a result of the restricted space and difficulties manoeuvring around improperly parked cars.
