Large work vehicles being parked on Palmerston roa

Hi Large work vans are being parked on Palmerston road one person doesn't even live on our street but on other side of Oundle road they should gav6a work car park for these bugs work vans it is so difficult for anyone never mind emergency vehicles or bin lorry to get down this street now
