West Lake Avenue, parked outside of house No. 257.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9566456.

The vehicle is a Kia Soul, silver, and appeared about 4 weeks ago, but it could be longer. It has been involved in a collision as it has damage to the bodywork and I think is missing the driver's window, though it's difficult to see because it's covered in polythene.
