Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9552483.
This trolley was full of rubbish and reported a few days ago. You crew have taken the rubbish and left the trolley, why? Leaving the shopping trolley only encourages more fly tipping and another crew will have to attend. Please remove this asap.
