Graffiti, waste, anti-social behavior.

Reported via mobile in the Non offensive graffiti category anonymously at 10:26, Tuesday 2 June 2026

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9546045.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding an ongoing littering and anti-social behaviour problem near our home. This has been going on for four years since we moved here.

There is a pathway between our property and our neighbour’s property that leads to a children’s playground. Unfortunately, this area is frequently used as a place to dump rubbish and has become increasingly neglected.

Recently, someone left an old fence panel beside our house. This is just one example of the waste that is regularly abandoned in the area.

In addition, there is graffiti on the wall of our house. There was also graffiti on our fence, which we have already had to paint over at our own expense.

Another concern is that people regularly walk their dogs through the pathway and on the children’s playground. Many dog owners fail to clean up after their pets, leaving dog waste in an area used by local children and families.

These issues are affecting the appearance of the neighbourhood and creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. We would be grateful if the Council could investigate the situation and consider measures to prevent further littering, graffiti, and irresponsible dog ownership in this area.

Thank you for your time and attention. We look forward to hearing from you.
