Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9477727.

Drainage Pipe in Celta Road Rec hasn't been covered after work by Anglia Water last year. I noticed a paving slab while walking dog on rec at top end of footpath, adjacent to first house where new fencing has been put. On closer inspection, the loose paving slab is exposed and reveals in 3ft deep waste pipe that is uncapped. I would guess that this has been left since the work finished.
