2 cars and a van now parked permanently.

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 15:34, Wednesday 6 May 2026

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9409769.

There are 3 vehicles, parked legitimately in this location outside of the Duke of Bedford school, however during school drop off and collection, cars park all along the other side of the road (school side) which parents have been doing ok for years, however when they do, the double parking means large vehicles cannot pass through. Most days local buses have to sit and wait for parents to move cars. I also could not get through as both sides were parked vans yesterday. Also local farmers cannot get through the village in tractors during these times. There is only a single white line either side of the road- one should be made a double yellow. It is creating major traffic issues which should not happen so close to a primary school where children are near and crossing roads. The issue is less than 10 metres from the pedestrian crossing.
