What a disgrace - this bin stinks !

This bin hasn't been emptied for well over a week. It is now a disgusting eyesore, health hazard and the source of a foul smell. Why on earth can't our Labour Council arrange to empty it on a regular basis - hopefully, they will be gone by the end of the week ;-)
