Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9398919.
Same story again, every couple of days this spot turns into a proper mess and the bin’s nowhere near enough for it. You can’t even fit all the rubbish in the frame, it’s getting chucked about after nights at the cultural centre and left for everyone else to deal with. We’ve had enough of it now, please sort bigger bins with secure lids so birds and late-night lot can’t keep making a state of the place.
