Fly tipping all the time
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9398918.
Bit of a state round here, bins are overflowing and rubbish gets dragged all over the grass every couple of days. Looks proper messy and not great with people and kids about. Would help loads if the council stuck in bigger bins with proper lids so the birds can’t keep tearing them open.
