Joiner Nene Parkway from Oundlle Rd and driving with my husband towards the City Centre. As a passenger on my side I spotted at the end of tie bridge close to the exit towards Thorpe wood a single mattress dumped there. Please remove. Thank you

The cleansing team were unable to clear the reported fly-tip.
This may be due to one of the following reasons: the items could not be located, they may be situated on private land, they may contain hazardous materials such as asbestos requiring specialist removal, or the report may be a duplicate of one already received.
Please note that fly-tipping is only cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council.
Waste on Private land remains the responsibility of the landowner.

Customer Services have investigated this further and have found the following closing comment from the waste management street cleansing team.
