Double parking and on yellow line parking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9373554.

Since article 4 was removed for the Hampton area in Jan 26, we now have a double parking and yellow line parking problem. Last night the Tesco delivery van could not get through. Had there been an emergency, no ambulance nor fire engine could have got through putting peoples lives at risk. This is because Molyneux Square has too many HMOs and there are now too many vehicle's and not enough parking. The City Counsellors removing article 4 from this area have created a death trap!
