Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue involving repeated obstruction of access to my garage by a neighbouring resident. This is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, the neighbour has parked their vehicle in a way that blocks access to my garage, which I require frequent and continuous use of. This has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities. I have attempted to address this matter informally; however, the situation has not improved. On the contrary, the individual has responded in an unacceptable and, at times, threatening manner when approached about the issue. I understand that blocking access to a garage or driveway may constitute an obstruction and may fall under parking enforcement regulations. I would therefore appreciate your guidance and intervention in resolving this matter. I am able to provide photographic evidence and a record of the incidents if required. Please advise on the appropriate steps that can be taken to prevent further occurrences, and whether enforcement action is possible in this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter
