Please remove this mattress it’s attracting rats I am also sending somebody higher up in the council to also deal with this as I am paying my council tax for nothing , I don’t want to be walking past a flytipped mattress and how do I sell my house with this it’s a joke if nobody removes this I am going to make a formal complaint !
