Broken? Noisy man hole cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9293836.

Everytime a car drives over the manhole cover it is making a loud noise. Westfield Road is a very busy road so constantly making noises which have been progressively louder. It is a square manhole cover which cars go over when turning into lidls and coming from over the bridge. Even when less traffic late at night it is noisy.
