Long stretch of potholes and poor road surface

The "works" for the potholes here seem to have been a very small amount of poorly laid tarmac in only the deepest of holes. The rest of the holes still remain and are getting worse and deeper week after week. This is the road to a special needs school, and the health centre for the entire area. Also because the potholes are sitting in the strip around the mddle of the road, especially into the southbound side, people are cutting the blind corner when leaving clayton to avoid them and nearly causing accidents. Needs properly fixing.
