  • Thank you for your report.

Please see information below provided by the Environmental Enforcement Team.

To Report an Untaxed / SORN Vehicle in good condition please report to DVLA https://www.gov.uk/ report-untaxed-vehicle.

To report a vehicle without MOT or insurance call the police on 101 or report online: https://www.cambs.police.uk/ advice/ advice-and-information/ rs/ road-safety/ driving-offences/

The council will not normally remove a vehicle that is taxed and in good condition unless there is strong evidence that it has not been in use for a long time and has been left on the highway or on private land without permission of the landowner. If you have evidence of a vehicle being parked for 28 days or more which has not moved during this time, please reply to ask@peterborough.gov.uk (please quote your FMS reference number) and we can then log this for the Safer Communities service to investigate.

If the vehicle is causing a parking problem or obstruction but not abandoned, please email parking.enforcement@peterborough.gov.uk.

Kind Regards JC Customer Access Specialist Team Email: ask@peterborough.gov.uk

State changed to: No further action
