Road collapse along the parkway

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9180162.

The potholes along the whole parkway are dangerous, but the one just before joining the slip road is huge! It's dangerous to cars and potentially drivers. Will the council be covering the cost of damage to vehicles this pothole will no doubt cause, or worse damages that are caused as a result of an accident?
