These tennents giving in these 3 houses are a nightmare dumping rubbish on pavement blocking pavements and throwing food on grounds causing huge rats everywhere it’s absolutely disgusting we need officers to attend and speak to these people the area is fedup with rats due to idiots throwing food and making a mess on the front of houses and pavement they have blocked the pavement with a fridge and we can’t even walk past
