Tree at back of my fence on council land

Reported via mobile in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 14:14, Friday 20 March 2026

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9155008.

The tree at the back of my garden has broken my fence. It is extremely close to the fence. The tree roots have lifted my path. I want to replace my fence but am unable to as the tree and it roots will just cause more damage and be a waste of miney to replace. The path has also lifted due to roots and is now a trip hazard in my garden. The tree is on Levens walk. I have previously asked for the tree to be cut as it hangs over the fence but wasn’t successful. The tree continues to cause damage to my property.
