Rubbish all along the pavement

There is rubbish all along the pavement which has been collating for weeks. The drivers/machines used to frequent the area collecting rubbish from the pavement but this seems to have stopped so rubbish collates - more often than not coming from kids from Kings School and those who frequent the cemetery to drink and do drugs
