Same problem but no action

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9127817.

If you check since the lights were upgraded they have not worked smoothly. Light is not working to go left onto tavernes road, causing long unnecessary queues at busy times. Yesterday it was not working at all. The system is not right you can an officer actually come at busy times and see what happens the traffic just get blocked up. Also pedestrians can not see or hear when it is ok ro go as no lights in front this an accident waiting to happen
