Many cars without resident parking permits

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9091878.

There has been no enforcement officers seen on Russell Street and the surrounding area for weeks and there are now many cars parked on russell steeet that do not have resident parking.

Residents are paying a lot money for the permits, only to be denied parking by non residents.

Can the area be visited again?
