Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9085062.

This car has been abandoned since August. There is no road tax,mot or insurance on this vehicle. It’s taking a valuable parking space up and needs to be removed asap

    We can see that this has already been reported to our environmental enforcement team, they have attended and they have closed the report advising the below:

    The council will not normally remove a vehicle that is taxed /SORN or Untaxed unless there is strong evidence that it has not been in use for a long time and in a poor condition as the enforcement officers can only enforce against Abandoned Vehicle that fit the Defra guideline If there are significant damaged such as, run down or unroadworthy, for example has, missing wheels or broken windows, or been in the same location (not moved) for a considerable amount of time, please reply to this email and we can then log this for the environmental enforcement team to attend and start their investigation.
