This gutter has been blocked for a very long time and it is outside property 498 Gladstone Street. Everything there is rainfall it leaves a pool of water and if there is heavy rain, then the whole side gets flooded making it very difficult to cross road and access vehicles. Can you please get this unlocked and cleaned as soon as possible.
