This is dangerous

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 9026112.
I can see that this large pothole has already been marked for attention - but that was weeks ago. this morning, I saw a car swerve to avoid it, and by doing so swerved into the cycle lane - that is a danger to life and limb, so tried to ring up as instructed. No answer - told you ring back by the machine at a less busy time!
There are many potholes along the Oundle Road near the school, some fixed so poorly they will be back within months. This one though is much bigger and ringing it with spray paint fixes nothing.
What could be a higher priority than a pothole next to a school, next to a CYCLE LANE??!!
