I have allowed a little time for the farmer to remove the debris but unfortunately this has not happened. Any rain falling on this will exacerbate the problem. The whole road needs to have drainage culverts cut into the banks to remove surface water (this used to be done). In heavy rain we have to drive down almost a canal.
