Same offender parking obscuring view at junction

The same offender parking their car obstructing the view out of the junction, causing people to have to edge their way out onto Townsend Road from Church Road in order to see past to see if it’s safe to go. This really ought to be double yellow lined. Something needs to be done about this ignorant parking.
