Drain blocked on corner of Parker road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8923367.

Road is flooded due to blocked drain on a blind corner. People are driving through it too fast and could crash into parked cars. Also some people turn around to avoid driving through it causing traffic. It is always flooded during heavy rain. Has been flooded for 2 months.
