No Tax, No MOT, abandoned for couple years

White Ford van, been abandoned on footpath at top of Chamberlain Way just after the roundabout and right before a right hand turn on to Harper Crescent (per photos), for a couple of years at least, van has had a flat tyre the whole time it has been parked there. We have not witnessed the van move or anyone go in/out of the van. No idea who it belongs to and had to wait until tax/mot ran out to report as we did not know if these will get renewed but they haven't been.
