Abandoned car on road, no MOT.

Black Peugeot KT06 JTY is parked on road, has been there for some time. Checking DVLA site, it has no MOT, shows as SORN but it is parked on the road. Likely abandoned vehicle, or certainly one that shouldn't be parked on the road, stopping others using parking or turning bay.
