Large pothole developing at junction

Pothole recently repaired on junction of Lavender Crescent and Bluebell Avenue (temporary repair?) which has worsened again. Having to drive very slowly over this to avoid vehicular damage, but more concerning is the potential for someone to trip or twist and ankle.
