Damage around manhole cover

This is directly outside 14 Heath Road. The road is badly damaged around manhole cover causing the loose cover to clatter loudly with every car that drives over it. Issue is exacerbated since all traffic diverted through Helpston due to King Street road closure at Lolham. I have video of this but cannot upload here.
