Large mattress and 3 black bin bags

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8835131.

The mattress was most likely dumped during the night as wasn't there yesterday. The 3 black bin bags were sat next to the green bins yesterday morning but bin men left them behind. This happens most weeks with the bin men unfortunately.
