Blocked drains, flooding road, pathway.

This has been an ongoing issue for many months where the drain is blocked. Water then floods road and pathways. Cars drive through and splash into nearby gardens. Its unsafe for pedestrians. Standing water has also caused surface damage. Pot hole has appeared. I see an attempt to fix pothole but as the water issue hasn't been resolved the pot hole is just breaking up. On the opposite side of the road the drain on the footpath is blocked causing further issues.

    Our contractors have attended site and cleansed the gully and high pressure jet cleansed the pipe work, they removed 4 drinking bottles and 2 drinks cans from the pipe pork that have been illegally deposited into the gully pot and been washed down the pipe work.
