  • Unfortunately, Porter Avenue and the section of Norwood Lane up to where the kerb line stops is currently not adopted highway, there is a section 38 agreement in place with the developer however all responsibility for the road and drainage remains with KeepMoat Homes they can be contacted on Tel (01302) 896800 or via email at email@keepmoat.co.uk
