Reported via Android in the Car parking category anonymously at 18:03, Sunday 25 January 2026
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8765010.
People using bins and cones on the road of Springfield road so others can't park. It is becoming nuisance. We also do have several motor traders on the street where they occupy the road and some of the vehicles are not taxed or insured. Something needs to be done about this.

Before customer services can log an abandoned vehicle, We would need all the registration numbers of each vehicle in the street.
In making this decision the Investigating Officer will consider a range of factors such as the age and condition of the vehicle, whether it is in tax, and anything that indicates that the vehicle is not in regular use.
Please see below link on what PCC deal with and how you can report other issues. https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/ residents/ saferpeterborough/ abandoned-vehicles
If there is an obstruction of the road or pavement or blocking drive this is the responsibility of the police to investigate and enforce. They can be contacted on 101
