Please may we have the registration number of the vehicle, so that it can be logged to be investigated by the environmental enforcement team.

Please email us directly (ask@peterborough.gov.uk) quoting your fix my street reference number and we can then pass this onto the enforcement officers to look into.

Unfortunately, Peterborough City Council do not deal with No Insurance, No MOT or stolen vehicle reports. This is a police matter and needs reporting to them on 101. You can also report Untaxed, Cars with No MOT directly to the DVLA Report an untaxed vehicle - GOV.UK

The council will only remove a vehicle if the Investigating Officer is satisfied that the vehicle is abandoned in accordance with set criteria. In making this decision the Investigating Officer will consider a range of factors such as the age and condition of the vehicle, whether it is in tax, and anything that indicates that the vehicle is not in regular use. Please see below link on what PCC deal with and how you can report other issues. https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/ residents/ saferpeterborough/ abandoned-vehicles If there is an obstruction of the road or pavement or blocking drive this is the responsibility of the police to investigate and enforce. They can be contacted on 101
