White paint covering double yellow lines

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8713495.

Some white paint has been spilled on the road and spread over a section of double yellow lines. The double yellow lines in this area were already faded, now this section has been covered. Vehicles are parking on the double yellow lines just before the bend, causing visibility and safety issues.
