Parked in a spot where i live and cant park my own

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 8703918.

He keeps parking in that spot even tho he dosent live anywhere near us and has left that car everyday parks infront of 5 keats way everyday for the past 2 months
