Road Surface damage by so much sitting water

Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 8700577.

At 29-21 Shakespeare Avenue road surface is breaking up with chunks of tarmac coming up and road being cracked as so much standing water all time. ref 8619742 with drainage team. onging few years is standing water but now road is damaged
