Old chair and house furniture dumped on footpath adjacent to 61 -85 Hadrians Court fletton pe2 8nh. People who live in flats just dumped items on path. Blocking access to walk on path for pensioners and families with children and prams. Why do flipping people do this in a residential street?? People need educating on getting rid of rubbish.
